Frequently Asked Questions

Delivery & Set Up

Set Up / Removal

  • Please make sure someone at the setup location knows we are coming. This is VERY important!
  • Please put all pets away and clean up any waste in the yard before we arrive.
  • All elements of the yard setup are for rental only and are property of SDG Entertainment, LLC.
  • Turn off sprinklers before setup and until the signs are picked up.

Call us at 215-221-2396 if you need special arrangements for your delivery or for an evening event.


Placement

  • Please, please, please water the grass before our arrival. If it rains you can skip this step.
  • Please do not try to cut the grass around the display, cut grass causes the signs to discolor and will not come off.
  • Please don't move the display or allow pets or children to play near the set up.
  • Please do not attach anything to the signs, no balloons or streamers.
  • Please do not lean on the signs, they are not sturdy enough to hold even a child's weight.



Cancellations / Weather

  • In the event of inclement weather SDG Entertainment may have to cancel and will issue a full refund.
  • Cancellations with less that 24 hours notice will incur 50% cancellation fee or a full credit to be applied at a later date.
  • Refunds will not be issued if the wrong address is provided or if we are unable to access the property for any reason.
  • SDG Entertainment and its representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or property during the set up, pick up or the rental period of the signs.
  • SDG Entertainment reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, lewd, disrespectful or any other requests that do not fit the joyous nature of our business.
